Building on training success

Following their success in a number of national awards last year, CEGA's Group Training Department have made a further sizeable investment in on-site facilities and technology.

The existing training suite has undergone a complete refurbishment. One half retains the traditional classroom/presentation environment featuring electronic whiteboards and video capabilities. The other has been converted into a fully equipped 'model office' which can provide 'safe' training and mentoring surroundings as well as doubling up as a surge or crisis management centre. 

Louise Weeks, CEGA's Group Training Manager is thrilled with the conversion. " CEGA now has one of the most modern and well-equipped training facilities in the area which demonstrates our commitment to the ongoing development of our staff. We have also been able to facilitate off-site training courses for clients and external partners."
