CEGA celebrates 187 years of staff loyalty
4 November 2009Mary Brown and Mike Crockett recently completed more than two decades at CEGA, (25 &21 years respectively). To mark these milestones CEGA's founders, Graham and Clive Ponsford, flew them on a celebratory trip to Guernsey. Their loyalty is by no means exceptional and four other long-serving employees joined the party. Between them all they have given 187 working years to CEGA.
When Mary and Mike first joined CEGA, the Company operated an air ambulance service from two rooms attached to a hangar at Goodwood airfield, employed less than a dozen staff and used mobile phones that were as heavy as bricks. They have certainly seen some changes!
