CEGA Signs Up Canopius
7 April 2009Leading Lloyd's insurance group Canopius have transferred part of their travel claims and worldwide assistance to CEGA.
Stephen Thompson, Head of Accident & Health at Canopius Underwriting Limited, was impressed following a visit to CEGA's 24 hour Claims & Emergency Operations Centre in Chichester. "Its an impressive set-up - the systems are mostly paperless, which certainly helps when you are dealing with high claims volume. It was reassuring to see so many experienced medical staff working round the clock ready to respond to our clients' needs in emergency situations".
