Repatriation

In more serious cases, it is sometimes necessary to make arrangements for a patient to be relocated to a more suitable facility, sometimes in a neighbouring country or in most cases, back in the UK.

CEGA are experts in the medical, regulatory and logistical processes involved to effect this in the most appropriate and cost effective way possible. In-house facilities include:

• Emergency Air Ambulance services using our own planes and medical staff or in partnership with approved providers in more remote destinations
• Ticketing team with direct arrangements with all major airlines
• Repatriation of mortal remains
• Arrangement of 'bed to bed' transfers utilising road ambulances
