CEGA is celebrating double success in this year’s British Claims Awards, after winning both the Claims Management Team of the Year and the Counter Fraud Awards.
The awards, which celebrate the progress made by leading professionals in the claims sector, were announced at a central London ceremony last night: attended by the cream of the insurance industry.
Judges commended us for our commitment to customer claims, our use of automation and technology and our ability to offer policyholders a choice of claims channels. Our passion for fighting fraud and protecting the honest customer was similarly commended.
Our recent initiatives have seen written compliments from customers double and insurer losses contained in more areas than ever: not least in the travel, personal accident, private health, household and benefits sectors.
