CEGA staff are set to celebrate the very best of “good old-fashioned” customer service over the next few days, with a “retro” theme to mark National Customer Service Week.
Customer-focused quizzes, crosswords, retro bake-offs, and fancy dress will all be on the daily-changing agenda in CEGA’s Funtington and Bournemouth bases. And there will be an abundance of retro decorations, with plenty of prizes for employees’ exceptional service.
“We want to thank our staff for looking after our customers so well,” says Melanie Vass, CEGA’s medical assistance training manager, who played an important part in initiating the activity.
“The week also enables us to explore new ways of offering great customer service, brings teams together and ensures that we are always proactive in our approach to service,” adds Melanie.
National Customer Service Week is a week-long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy. It runs between the 1st and 5th of October.
