CEGA, a Charles Taylor company, shortlisted in UK Customer Service Excellence Awards
CEGA has become one of just a handful of finalists for the Outstanding Customer Journey Award, in the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards.
These prestigious accolades, open to the insurance and broker markets and masterminded by Modern Insurance Magazine, focus on bench-marking success, technology, innovation and excellent customer service.
Competition for the titles is tough and this year’s award organisers say, “We received a phenomenal response to nominations.”
CEGA’s operations director Neil Heasman comments, “CEGA staff must take the credit for this latest success: an endorsement of their commitment to offer the very best service to our customers in need all over the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.”
The final awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 10th April at Cafe de Paris in London.
