CEGA, a Charles Taylor company, has been awarded the Customer Care Solution of the Year Award at the prestigious Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards: designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims.
Judges congratulated CEGA, a Charles Taylor company, for creating a claims solution that showed “clear empathy with the customer, going all-out to provide positive outcomes for them, including simulating an airport experience for staff.”
The company’s other achievements over the last year include supporting customers in over 200 countries and managing a 20% rise in claims. One major client’s audit report described its provision as ‘world class’, while its customer service scores well exceed the industry average.
