Following investment in new development facilities and the integration of a company-wide HR system, all employees can access a development syllabus and request learning opportunities on an individual basis, this is offered in addition to fundamental training.
The Learning and Development team members not only have experience of using a variety of training methods, they have also worked for a number of years in the insurance industry, including the claims and assistance arena. So they are able to fully understand the requirements of CEGA, our clients and our customers.
We offer both financial assistance and in-house workshops to support staff throughout the syllabus and exam process.
This is not just about attaining a qualification, but also about understanding how this links in with the day-to-day-role, the customer and the company's position within the industry.
